I am going to be a little hypocritical here (I am still a fan of the classic outfit), but since they wanted to make the DC reboot heroes wear more up-to-date and practical outfits, the new Wonder Woman outfit is a definitely a fail.

While I don't entirely hate the Wonder Woman costume for the DC reboot - I don't mind the pants - I do dislike how inconsistent they are with the designs. C'mon, they even gave the invincible Superman armor and they still give her a bodice for her breasts to pop out of?

Diana should look like a greek warrior - and warriors do not "pop out" when held upside down.

I also hated the tiny tiara, collar and bracelets. I was "this close" to giving her himantes to protect her fists when fighting... but settled on just making her braces bigger to deflect bullets.

The leather straps were also added to make her look more like a warrior.

I even kept her in matching style with the rest of the team and gave her a high collar.

I love everything about this except for the leather straps. I could dig the wrapped strap look if it was her lasso, however. Sorta like she just flings it around her and it magically stays etc.

I wonder if people would be adverse to wonder woman getting a new color set. I know they recently dropped the gold for silver, but I'm wondering if maybe 2 tone colors would work better for her.

I really like this design. My beef with Wonder Woman's classic costume is that it kind of guarantees that Hollywood won't give her a movie, because to be frank, the costume looks silly in live action. So, I like this. Everything touch-up you mentioned in the description I agree with. The one thing I might have changed is, I might have made her shirt cover her shoulders. No reason, it's just me.

I've seen a lot of different revamped costumes for Wonder Woman, and your is one of my favorites thus far. While skinny jeans - in reality - are more trouble than they are worth, your design is definitely the most... acrobatic. The design shows that she is going to be running around, like a super hero does. The outfit makes sense, looks good, and is functional to boot! Personally, I really love the high collar. This is a great redesign!
