well right now in the comic they attacked mr sinister and it seem the clone force was a big instrument in that , but it didn't show that the cloth augment anything , but its sinister i'm sure it does something

Sinister use a lot of weapons to try and stop them , in the end it seem the pryor clone are the best defense
what the dress do is not shown yet , but consider it is sinister , it must be augmenting the power that pryor has
